Great news for patients on Hywel Dda childrens wards –
Nolan Charity Fund recently presented iPads and DVD players to Bronglais, Glangwili and Withybush hospitals worth over £1,300.
The iPads and DVD players will make a huge difference to patient experience and will go towards making a stay in hospital as relaxing and comfortable as possible while keeping children amused during their illness.
The Nolan Charity Fund is a Welsh charity set up in 2015 by uPVC businessman Nolan Nicholas to work hand in hand for the benefit of worthy causes in Wales. Sarah Cleevely, Fundraising & Events Manager, Nolan Charity Fund, said: , “I was delighted to meet the staff on the new children’s ward at Withybush Hospital and to be able to present them with iPads and DVD players. I am pleased that the Nolan Charity Fund has been able to provide Hywel Dda Health Charities with this support and the children in its care. I hope the equipment we have donated will go some way in providing the children visiting Withybush, Bronglais and Glangwili hospitals with some comfort during their stay.”

Pembrokeshire based Luke Harding decided that he would like to raise funds for Paul Sartori recently, adding “Paul Sartori and a couple of other local charities were chosen, as the work you all do in the local community is unquestionable and goes a long way.”
Luke raised money at the ‘Have a Laugh Comedy Club’ charity night at Theatre Gwaun in Fishguard where fundraising efforts from ticket sales and the raffle raised £1300. Paul Sartori Foundation benefitted from his fundraising, along with Shalom and Ward 10 at Withybush Hospital.
